In order to obtain a quality translation there are a few steps that need to be followed for each project:
Request a translation quotation
  • Use the Contact form, e-mail address, or telephone number to establish contact with me and to request a quotation. 
Provide the text to be translated
  • Provide the text to be translated in an electronic format.
Receive a free sample
  • If required, I can provide you with a sample of text that I have translated or, depending on the size of the translation required, I can perform the translation of the first 100 words of your text for free and as a sample.
Provide a quotation
  • I will send you a quotation.
Accept quotation
  • If you are happy to proceed, contact me and we can finalise the details of the project, including the delivery deadlines.
Research
  • If required, I will undertake research in the area to which your translation relates.
Translate document
  • I will translate your text.
Proof-read document
  • I will proof-read the translation to ensure that it is perfect and reads well.
Quality control document format
  • I will check the translated document to ensure that it is in the required format and that all text, image, and graphical elements are in the intended places.
Translation delivered
  • I will deliver the translation to you in electronic format.
  • I can also deliver the translation in paper format if required.
